Japanese salad of mushroom and Chinese yam

Chinese yam is used as medicine in China. It has a lot of minerals, vitamin C, and vitamin B

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pc Maitake mushroom
  • 4 pieces Shiitake mushroom
  • 1 pc Nameko mushroom
  • 150 g Chinese yam
  • 1 Leek
  • 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Lemon salt
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp White sesame
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Cut Chinese yam into 1cm cubes
  • Put hot water on Nameko mushroom, maitake mushroom, and shiitake mushroom.
  • Stir-fry 2 with sesame oil.
  • Mix with 3, seasonings, and love.
  • Put white sesame on 4 and serve.
