Egg plant with sesame sauce
Skin of deep-fried egg plant is really soft.
Servings: 4 people
Ingredients
- 4 Eggplant
- 2 tbsp Sesame paste
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Cooking wine
- 2 tbsp Rub sesame
- 4 Japanese basil
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Cut eggplant into 2 part vertically and cut each part into 3 pieces.
- Deep fry 1 and put it into hot water for a short while.
- Mix sesame paste, sugar, soysauce, vinegar, cooking wine, and rub sesame.
- Mix 3 and 4.
- Put shredded Japanese basil on top and serve.
