Mung bean jelly

Ingredients

  • 200 g mung bean
  • 1 avocado
  • 50 g sugar
  • 30 g golden syrup
  • 1 tbsp soy milk
  • to taste black sesame seeds
  • 1 x 12 tsp golden syrup
  • A lot of love

Instructions

  • Soak mung beans in water overnight.
  • Steam 1 for 35 minutes (until soft enough to be crushed by hand)
  • Add avocado, seeded and cut into pieces, and steam for 5 minutes.
  • Put 3, sugar, golden syrup and soy milk into a speed cutter and crush.
  • Line a mold with saran wrap, pour in the 4, level the mold, and chill in the refrigerator.
  • Cut 5 into bite-sized pieces and serve with golden syrup and black sesame seeds.

Notes

*Mung bean jelly is a good summer food which takes the heat out of your body.
