Mung bean jelly
Servings: 12 serves
Cost: 300 yen
Ingredients
- 200 g mung bean
- 1 avocado
- 50 g sugar
- 30 g golden syrup
- 1 tbsp soy milk
- to taste black sesame seeds
- 1 x 12 tsp golden syrup
- A lot of love
Instructions
- Soak mung beans in water overnight.
- Steam 1 for 35 minutes (until soft enough to be crushed by hand)
- Add avocado, seeded and cut into pieces, and steam for 5 minutes.
- Put 3, sugar, golden syrup and soy milk into a speed cutter and crush.
- Line a mold with saran wrap, pour in the 4, level the mold, and chill in the refrigerator.
- Cut 5 into bite-sized pieces and serve with golden syrup and black sesame seeds.
Notes
*Mung bean jelly is a good summer food which takes the heat out of your body.
