Ingredients

  • 80 g light flour
  • 20 g whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 40 g butter
  • 200 g sweet azuki bean paste
  • A lot love

Instructions

  • Mix flour, whole wheat flour and baking powder well.
  • Add butter to 1 and mix until smooth.
  • Add sweet azuki bean paste and mix well. (The hardness depends on the amount of water in the sweet azuki bean paste. If it is too hard, add milk a little at a time.)
  • Pour the mixture into a scone mold.
  • Bake at 170 degrees for 25 minutes.

Notes

The body tends to swell around the time of the rainy season. It is good to eat azuki beans to prevent illness.
