Sweet azuki bean paste scone

- 80 g light flour
- 20 g whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 40 g butter
- 200 g sweet azuki bean paste
- A lot love
Mix flour, whole wheat flour and baking powder well.
Add butter to 1 and mix until smooth.
Add sweet azuki bean paste and mix well. (The hardness depends on the amount of water in the sweet azuki bean paste. If it is too hard, add milk a little at a time.)
Pour the mixture into a scone mold.
Bake at 170 degrees for 25 minutes.
The body tends to swell around the time of the rainy season. It is good to eat azuki beans to prevent illness.
