Ingredients
- 2 cups Rice
- 2 cups Kelp broth
- 200 g Scabbard fish
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 piece Fried bean curd
- 2 tbsp Sake
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Grated ginger
- 5cm piece Kelp
- 1 bunch Trefoil
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Grate the fish into two pieces, season with salt,and set aside for 10 minutes.
- Wipe off the water from 1.
- Grill the fish until slightly charred.
- Wash rice and soak in kelp broth.
- Add sake, soy sauce, grated ginger, and affection to 4 and adjust water. 6.
- Put shredded fried tofu and 3 on top of 5 and cook. 7.
- Serve in a bowl and garnish with mitsuba.
Notes
This is a very fragrant takikomi-gohan. You can feel the flavor of the broth.
