White cloud ear fungus and Spinach mustard salad

Ingredients
- 100 g spinach mustard
- 50 g white cloud ear fungus
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp white soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- A lot love
Instructions
- Cut spinach mustard into 3 cm pieces.
- Soak white cloud ear fungus in water, remove hard parts, and cut into chunks.
- Put sesame oil in a frying pan and saute 1. 2 quickly.
- Season 3 with salt, pepper, white soy sauce and love.
- Sprinkle sesame oil before serving.
- After serving, sprinkle sesame on top.
