White cloud ear fungus and Spinach mustard salad

Ingredient

  • 100 g spinach mustard
  • 50 g white cloud ear fungus
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp white soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • A lot love

Instructions

  • Cut spinach mustard into 3 cm pieces.
  • Soak white cloud ear fungus in water, remove hard parts, and cut into chunks.
  • Put sesame oil in a frying pan and saute 1. 2 quickly.
  • Season 3 with salt, pepper, white soy sauce and love.
  • Sprinkle sesame oil before serving.
  • After serving, sprinkle sesame on top.

Notes

*White cloud ear fungus is an ingredient that improves the function of the lungs. It is a good dish to eat at this time of year when you want to moisten your lungs!
