Cabbage with dried red Japanese basil

It is easy to make. Dried red Japanese basil is really useful for fresh vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cabbage
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 tbsp Dried red Japanese basil (yukari)
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Slice the cabbage, and then put it into 50- degree hot water, take it out and squeeze it.
  • Cut the cucumber lengthways and slice it.
  • Put 1,2, dried red Japanese basil (yukari) and love into a plastic bag, and rub it.
