Ingredients

  • 100 g Domyoji flour
  • 20 g Sugar
  • 150 ml Hot water
  • 100 g Strawberry bean paste
  • 30 g Soybean flour
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Mix Domyoji flour and sugar well, then add hot water and mix well.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and microwave at 600 watt for 5 minutes, then wait for 10 minutes and divide into 5 equal portions.
  • Divide strawberry bean paste into 5 equal portions.
  • Wrap 3 and love in 2.
  • Sprinkle green soybean flour around 4, then form an oval shape, and pinch the right and left sides.

Notes

*Green rice cake made with Domyoji flour is a very elegant recipe.  Green soybean flour is perfect for the fresh green season.
