Taro and mushroom soup
Servings: 2 people
Ingredients
- 300 cc Broth
- 60 g Taro
- 30 g Minced pork
- 1/4 bunch Enoki mushroom
- 1 tbsp White soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Grated ginger
- a lot Spring onion
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Warm the broth.
- Put minced pork into 1 little by little.
- Put Enoki mushroom, grated ginger, grated taro,white soy sauce , and love into 2
- Add salt to 3 to taste.
- Pour 4 into a soup bowl and add chopped spring onions.
