- 4 Asari clams
- 400 ml Water
- 1.5 tbsp Barley miso
- 2 pieces 2 sprouts
- a lot Love
Place scallion in water and heat.
When the scallion's mouth opens, take the scallion out.
Season 2 with barley miso.
Put the scallions in a bowl and pour in 3.
Garnish with sprouts and greens.
