Zucchini soup
Yellow and green zucchini is really good color for soup.
Servings: 2 people
Ingredients
- 300 cc Broth
- 1/4 Onion
- 1/2 Zucchini
- 1 tsp White soy sauce
- A little Salt
- A lot Love
Instructions
- Make broth with kelp and bonito.
- Grate onion
- Thin slice zucchini
- Warm 1
- Put 2 and 3 into 4.
- Add white soy sauce, salt, and love to 5.
