Tofu Miso soup
Servings: 2 serves
Ingredients
- 75 g Tofu
- 1/4 bunch Enoki mushroom
- 1/2 Leek
- 2 tbsp Seaweed
- 300 cc Broth
- 1 tbsp Miso
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Make broth with kelp and tuna.
- Cut seaweeds into 1cm, enokimushroom into 5cm, leek into 1cm, tofu bite-size pieces
- Warm broth and put 2, miso with love in it.
- Pour 3 into bowls and serve.
Notes
*Miso is one of fermented food. Drinking miso soup everyday is good for health.
