Chawanmushi
Chawanmushi
It is one of traditional Japanese dishes. Steamed dishes are good for health.
Servings: 2 people
Ingredients
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Water
- 1 tbsp White soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 90 g Mushrooms
- 2 tsp Soy sauce
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Water
- 2 pieces Bacon
- 2 pieces Broccoli
- 2 pieces Fish paste (kamaboko)
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Mix egg, water, white soy sauce, and salt.
- Steam mushroom with soy sauce, sugar. and water.
- Put bacon,bloccolli, crab kamaboko,and 2 in a pudding mold.
- Add 1 and love in 3
- Put 4 in boiling water for 5~10min.
- Check 5 with a toothpick. If you can’t see clear soup, heat longer.
