Steamed turnip

Steamed grated turnip is really sweet. It makes fish and vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1 Turnip
  • 1 Cloud ear
  • 1 can Canned tuna
  • 1 tbsp Potherb mustard
  • 2 tbsp Egg white
  • 1 tbsp Sake
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp White soy sauce
  • a lot Love
  • 100 cc Broth
  • 1 tbsp Sake
  • 2 tsp Mirin
  • 2 tbsp White soy sauce
  • a little Salt
  • 1 tsp Potato flour
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 1 tsp Wasabi

Instructions

  • Soak cloud ear and chop it fine.
  • Peel the turnip and grate it
  • Whip the egg white
  • Chop the potherb mustard fine
  • Mix 1,2,3,4, and canned tuna
  • Put 5 in a bowl.
  • Steam 6 for 6min. in a 300W micro wave.
  • Mix broth, sake, mirin, white soy sauce and salt, and heat.
  • Mix potato flour and water
  • Put 9 into 8, mix well and heat.
  • Put 10, love and wasabi on 7
