Tofu cake is really fluffy texture and healthy.

Ingredients

  • 150 g Silken tofu
  • 70 g Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • A little Salt
  • 110 g Flour
  • 11/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 pack Tea leaves (Tea bag) 3g
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Mix silken tofu, sugar, egg, rapeseed oil, and salt well with food processor.
  • Mix flour and baking powder.
  • Mix 1, 2, and tea leaves with love.
  • Put cooking sheet in the baking pan.
  • Pour 3 into 4 and dent the middle.
  • Bake 5 at 190℃ for 25 minutes.

Notes

Tofu cake is really chewy and healthy. Tea leaves in a teabag is called “dust”. It is really fine tea leaves.
