Stir-fried soy beans with miso
Stir-fried soy beans are really tasty as they are. Miso and stir-fried soy beans are good for rice.
Servings: 5 people
Ingredients
- 80 g Stir-fried soy beans
- 100 g Spring onion
- 2 tbsp Miso
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Mirin
- 2 tbsp Cooking wine
- 1/2 C water
- a little Sesame oil
- a little Hot pepper
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Stir-fry beans again if you want to.
- Put miso, sugar, mirin, cooking wine and water in a frying pan and heat until reduce by half..
- Chop spring onion
- Put 1 and 3 into 2
- Finally add sesame oil and hot pepper
