Potato and sour Ume salads

Ingredient

  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 sour Ume
  • 1 tbsp mirin (sweet cooking rice wine)
  • 2 green leaves
  • A lot of love

Instructions

  • Cut potatoes into thin strips with a slicer.
  • Boil 1 in salted boiling water for 2 minutes.
  • Soak 2 in water and squeeze.
  • Remove the seeds from the sour Ume and mix with mirin (sweet cooking sake).
  • Mix 3 and 4 well and chill.
  • Arrange the greens on top when serving.

Notes

This summer salad is a refreshing way to eat potatoes!
