Soy Milk and Onion Soup

Ingredients
- 300 ml soup stock
- 1/2 onion
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 300 ml soy milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp white soy sauce
- A little pepper
- A little parsley
- A lot of Love
Instructions
- Make soup stock with kelp and bonito flakes.
- Cut onion into thin slices and stir-fry in olive oil.
- Put the onion and broth in a blender and mix.
- Pour 3 to a pot and add white say sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
- Just before serving, mix in the soy milk.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
This soup is gentle on the stomach and intestines with the sweetness of onions.
It will blow away your summer fatigue!
