Soy Milk and Onion Soup

Ingredient

  • 300 ml soup stock
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 300 ml soy milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp white soy sauce
  • A little pepper
  • A little parsley
  • A lot of Love

Instructions

  • Make soup stock with kelp and bonito flakes.
  • Cut onion into thin slices and stir-fry in olive oil.
  • Put the onion and broth in a blender and mix.
  • Pour 3 to a pot and add white say sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Just before serving, mix in the soy milk.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve.

Notes

This soup is gentle on the stomach and intestines with the sweetness of onions.
It will blow away your summer fatigue!
