Soy Milk and Onion Soup

- 300 ml soup stock
- 1/2 onion
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 300 ml soy milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp white soy sauce
- A little pepper
- A little parsley
- A lot of Love
Make soup stock with kelp and bonito flakes.
Cut onion into thin slices and stir-fry in olive oil.
Put the onion and broth in a blender and mix.
Pour 3 to a pot and add white say sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
Just before serving, mix in the soy milk.
Garnish with parsley and serve.
This soup is gentle on the stomach and intestines with the sweetness of onions.
It will blow away your summer fatigue!
