Ingredient

  • 100 g Rice flour
  • 50 g Okara(Tofu refuse)
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 70 cc Soymilk
  • 30 g Rice oil
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 30 g Plum jam
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Mix rice flour, okara, baking powder and salt well
  • Mix rice oil, 1, plum jam, and love well.
  • Add soy milk while checking the consistency of 2.
  • Die-cut the scones and bake at 170 degrees for 20minutes.

Notes

Plum jam and clotted cream go well with crispy scones.
