Scone made with Sake lees

Sake lees improve intestinal environment. It also has vitamin B, so it makes skin as well.

Ingredients

  • 40 g Sake lees
  • 15 g Sugar
  • 50 cc Milk
  • 1 Egg (Medium size)
  • 220 g Flour
  • 5 g Baking powder
  • 40 g Butter
  • Mascarpone cheese
  • Sweet red beans
  • A lot Love

Instructions

  • Mix the Sake lees, sugar, and egg well.
  • Mix the flour and baking powder well
  • Add butter to 2
  • Mix 1, 3, and love and roll out a little.
  • Cut scones out of 4 with a scone cutter.
  • Bake 5 for 20 min. in a 200℃
  • Serve the scones with mascarpone cheese and sweet red beans
