Ingredients

  • 100 g Minced pork
  • 1/2 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 piece Ginger   
  • 1 piece Garlic
  • 3 tbsp Miso
  • 1 tsp Hot pepper miso  
  • 10 cm Leek       
  • 700 cc Soup stock (kelp and tuna)
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Sugar     
  • as you need Salt and pepper
  • 10 g Butter
  • 2 Chinese noodles
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Finely chop into ginger and garlic.
  • Cut green onion into round slices.
  • Stir-fry 1 in sesame oil until fragrant, then add minced pork and stir-fry further.
  • Add hot pepper sauce and 2 to 3 and stir-fry further.
  • Mix soy sauce, salt, sugar, and love to the broth and heat.
  • Add4 to 5 and season to taste. 7.
  • Boil Chinese noodles
  • Pour 6 on top of 7 and add butter, salt and pepper to taste.

Notes

*This is a hearty and warming way to eat miso ramen in winter.
