Bean sprouts and buckwheat noodles with chives sauce

Ingredients
- 1 bag Bean sprouts
- 180 g Buckwheat noodles
- 2 tbsp Hot miso
- a lot Love
Leek sauce
- 1 bunch Sprig chives
- 1 piece Ginger
- 2 tbsp Sake (cooking wine)
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp salt
- 2 tsp Sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
Instructions
- Chop leek and ginger.
- Put sesame oil in a pan and stir-fry chopped ginger.
- Add chopped chives, sake, mirin, soy sauce, salt and boil.
- Steam bean sprouts.
- Boil buckwheat.
- Mix 3, 4, and5 with love well and serve.
- Add sesame seeds and hot miso on top.
Notes
This is a salad-style soba noodle. In summer, this dish can be made with Somen noodles or cool pasta.
