Ingredients

  • 2 packs udon noodle
  • 1 tbsp sake
  • 200 g pork
  • 1 tbsp sake
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 leaves cabbage
  • 1/2 carrot
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 2 tbsp curry powder
  • 2 tbsp white soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp green laver
  • to taste dried bonito flake
  • to taste red ginger/pickled roselle
  • A lot love

Instructions

  • Season pork with sake and salt.
  • Cut cabbage, carrot and green pepper into shreds.
  • Put 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a frying pan and sir-fry1and 2 well.
  • Add vegetables of to 3 and fry well. Add curry powder and fry further.
  • Put 4 in a bowl, add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil to the pan from which the vegetables and meat were removed, add the udon noodles, pour in the sake, and stir-fry.
  • 6.Add the vegetables and meat in the bowl to the noodles in 5 and stir-fry, season with white soy sauce and love.
  • Serve with green laver, dried bonito flakes, red ginger, etc. on top.

Notes

Curry powder and white soy sauce go very well together.
