Ingredients

  • 100 g Rice flour
  • 30 g Sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 Egg
  • 40 cc Milk
  • 25 g Butter
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Mix rice flour, sugar, baking powder and butter until smooth.
  • Add the eggs to 1 and mix lightly, then add the milk with love and mix well.
  • Put rice flour on bourd and cut out with scone cutter.
  • Spread milk on 3 and bake at 200℃ for 20 minutes.

Notes

* These scones are very light and refreshing. Serve with clotted cream and jam.
