Pickled cloud ears

Cloud ears will help make your blood flow smoothly. Cloud ear, vinegar, and sesame oil is good combination.

Ingredients

  • 5 Black cloud ears
  • 2 tbsp Sushi vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Sesame
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Soak the black cloud ears in water until tender.
  • Boil 1 for a few minutes.
  • Cut 2 into bite-size pieces.
  • Mix sesame oil and sushi vinegar well.
  • Mix 3 and 4.
  • Put sesame and love on top and serve.
