Ingredients

  • 100 g Pumpkin
  • 1/8 Onion
  • 2 Shrimps
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 100 cc Kelp broth
  • 1 tbsp Cooking wine
  • 11/2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Mirin
  • a pinch Salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 6 tbsp Flour
  • 6 tbsp Breadcrumbs
  • to taste Rice oil
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Cut pumpkin into thin slices and cook in kelp broth, cooking wine, soy sauce, mirin, and salt until water is absorbed.
  • Mash 1.
  • Chop onion and cut shrimp into chunks.
  • Fry 3 in olive oil.
  • Boil one egg (9 minutes after boiling) and chop.
  • Mix 2, 4 and 5 together. 7.
  • Form into a circle and coat with flour, egg, and breadcrumbs (keep in the refrigerator until just before frying).
  • Heat rice oil to 180 degrees Celsius and fry until golden brown.
