Lotus root soup
Lotus root soup
Grated lotus root makes soup thick. It is good for stomach.
Servings: 2 people
Ingredients
- 300 cc Broth
- 100 g Lotus root
- 2 tsp Cooking wine
- 2 tsp Mirin
- a little Salt
- 20 Wolf berries
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Make broth with kelp and bonito.
- Grate half of lotus root and thin slice half.
- Warm 1 and add 2.
- Add seasoning and love to 3
- Pour 4 into bowls, add wolfberries and serve.
