Steamed lotus with special sauce
Steam lotus is really chewy. This sauce is really good for chicken or burdock, or so on
Servings: 4 people
Ingredients
- 3 pieces Lotus
- 2 tbsp Mayoonnaise
- 2 tbsp Ketchup
- a little Pepper
- a little Green laver
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Peel the lotus and put it into 50-degrees hot water.
- Steam 1 in a pressure pot over strong fire. After it boils, steam for 2 minutes at law heat, then wait until the pressure deceases.
- Cut 2 into 2 cm pieces.
- Make a sauce with the mayonnaise and ketchup.
- Put 4 and pepper, green laver and love on 3.
