Ingredients

  • 150 g Film tofu
  • 100 g Chinese Yam
  • 2 tbsp Potato starch
  • 1/2 tsp Sesame paste (white)
  • 2 Plate seaweed   
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Mirin
  • 2 tbsp Cooking wine
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • A lot Love
  • A little Japanese pepper powder
  • 4 Japanese pepper leaves

Instructions

  • Wrap the tofu with paper towel to drain water for 1hour.
  •  Grate Chinese yam.
  •  Put 1 into plastic bag and crush.
  • Add 2, potato starch, and sesame paste to 3 with love and mix well.
  •  Put plate seaweed on cooking sheet, then put half of 4 and spread.
  •  Draw line on 5 like eel.
  •  Bake 6 both side until color becomes brown at 200 ℃.
  •  Make eel sauce with soy sauce, mirin, sugar, and cooing wine.
  •  Pour 8 on 7
  • Cut 9 into bite-size pieces and sprinkle Japanese pepper powder.
