Cucumber and buckwheat salad

Ingredients
- 40 g Buckwheat
- 200 cc Water
- A little Salt
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Cucumber
- 4 pieces Parsley
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 tbsp Salt
- A lot Love
Instructions
- Cook buckwheat, water, and salt for 15 minutes. (until there is no water left) Becareful it doesn’t burn.
- Cut tomato and cucumber into bite-size pieces.
- Mix1 and 2, then add olive oil and salt with love.
- Put 3 into bowls and put parsley on top and serve.
