Curry Flavored Fried Udon

Ingredients
- 2 packs udon noodle
- 1 tbsp sake
- 200 g pork
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 leaves cabbage
- 1/2 carrot
- 1 green bell pepper
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 2 tbsp white soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp green laver
- to taste dried bonito flake
- to taste red ginger/pickled roselle
- A lot love
Instructions
- Season pork with sake and salt.
- Cut cabbage, carrot and green pepper into shreds.
- Put 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a frying pan and sir-fry1and 2 well.
- Add vegetables of to 3 and fry well. Add curry powder and fry further.
- Put 4 in a bowl, add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil to the pan from which the vegetables and meat were removed, add the udon noodles, pour in the sake, and stir-fry.
- 6.Add the vegetables and meat in the bowl to the noodles in 5 and stir-fry, season with white soy sauce and love.
- Serve with green laver, dried bonito flakes, red ginger, etc. on top.
Notes
Curry powder and white soy sauce go very well together.
