Dried persimmon dessert

Ingredients
- 6 Dried persimmons
- 3 tbsp Mascarpone cheese
- 3 tbsp Azuki bean paste
- a lot Love
- a pinch Matcha green tea
Instructions
- Open dried persimmons and remove seeds.
- Cut the top and bottom of the first piece cleanly.
- Spread mascarpone cheese, azuki bean paste and love between the first and second slices and between the second and third slices.
- Roll the 3 slices tightly with plastic wrap and leave to rest in the refrigerator.
- Cut in half vertically and sprinkle with matcha green tea.
Notes
The collaboration of dried persimmon, mascarpone cheese, and azuki bean paste is the best.
Dried persimmon contains a lot of β-carotene, which is one of the foods that reduce active oxygen!
