Apple jelly

Ingredients
- 2 Apples
- 50 g Sugar
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 400 cc Water
- 8 g Agar powder
- 50 g Granulated sugar
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Use red apples as much as possible.
- Peel apples and cut into thin slices.
- Cook 2 and peel with lemon juice and 50g sugar.
- Scrape off the pulp from the peel with a knife. Use a speed cutter to melt the remaining pulp. 5.
- Combine the water and powdered sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Add granulated sugar to 5 and dissolve further.
- Mix 4 and 6 together, remove from heat, and pour into a pail.
- When 7 has hardened, cut out with a plum mold.
Notes
The sweet and sour taste is perfect as a side dish for Osechi. Please put it in the Osechi rice bowl.
