Yuzu pannacota

Yuzu flavor is really fresh. It makes you relax.

Ingredients

  • 300 cc Milk
  • 100 cc Whipping cream
  • 30 g Agar
  • 150 g Yuzu jam
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Mix agar and sugar.
  • Put 1 and Yuzu jam into milk and melt on medium heat.
  • Turn off the flame then add whipping cream and love.
  • Put 3 into bowls and cool.
  • Put Yuzu jam on 4 and serve.
