Make holes in the chicken with a tooth pick.
Sprinkle salt and cooking wine on the chicken, then rub.
Put olive oil in the frying pan, then grill chicken of 2 on the skin side.
When you grill the skin, you put an aluminum foil and lid on it and press hard until the surface of the chicken gets burned.
Then turn over it and grill.
Mix hot water, cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar, and warm.
Put 5 in 6 and reheat.
Serve the chicken with vegetables and love.
