  • 2 Apples
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 400 cc Water
  • 8 g Agar powder
  • 50 g Granulated sugar
  • a lot Love


  • Use red apples as much as possible.
  • Peel apples and cut into thin slices.
  • Cook 2 and peel with lemon juice and 50g sugar.
  • Scrape off the pulp from the peel with a knife. Use a speed cutter to melt the remaining pulp. 5.
  • Combine the water and powdered sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  • Add granulated sugar to 5 and dissolve further.
  • Mix 4 and 6 together, remove from heat, and pour into a pail.
  • When 7 has hardened, cut out with a plum mold.


The sweet and sour taste is perfect as a side dish for Osechi. Please put it in the Osechi rice bowl.
