Use red apples as much as possible.
Peel apples and cut into thin slices.
Cook 2 and peel with lemon juice and 50g sugar.
Scrape off the pulp from the peel with a knife. Use a speed cutter to melt the remaining pulp. 5.
Combine the water and powdered sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Add granulated sugar to 5 and dissolve further.
Mix 4 and 6 together, remove from heat, and pour into a pail.
When 7 has hardened, cut out with a plum mold.
