Apple Rice Cake

Ingredients
- 100 g Rice flour
- 50 g Sugar
- 150 cc Water
- 20 g Potato starch
- 40 g Apple jam
- 30 g White sweet beans paste
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Mix well rice flour, sugar, water and Love.
- Heat 1 in a microwave at 600W for 2 minutes and mix.
- Heat 2 in a microwave at 600W for 1 minute and mix.
- Continue 3 about 4 times, mixing until the mixture is no longer powdery, and make rice cakes.
- Mix apple jam and white sweet beans paste.
- Place 5 on the potato starch and divide into 6pieces.
- Make balls of 5 into 20g portions.
- Make balls of 6 and stretch thinly by hand and wrap 7.
