Ingredients

Whiteuiro

  • 100 g Flour
  • 80 g Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Amazake (sweet sake)
  • 300 ml Water
  • a lot Love

Pink Uiro

  • 100 g Flour
  • 80 g Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Roselle honey
  • 300 ml Water
  • a lot Love

MatchaUiro

  • 100 g Flour
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Matcha
  • 300 ml Water
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Prepare 3 heatproof containers.
  • For White Uiro, mix flour, sugar, sweet sake, water and love, strain into heatproof containers and microwave at 600W for 6 minutes.
  • For pink Uiro, mix flour, sugar, honey-soaked roselle, water, and love, strain the mixture into a heatproof container, and heat in a microwave oven at 600W for 6 minutes.
  • For green tea Uiro, mix flour, sugar, green tea, water,and love, strain the mixture into a heatproof container, and heat in a microwave oven at 600W for 6 minutes.
  • When the heat is removed, remove from the container and wrap in plastic wrap in the following order:matcha→white→pink.
  • Cut 5 into diamond shapes with string.
