Teriyaki Chicken

Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken thigh
- 1 tbsp Cooking wine
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 100 cc Hot water
- 1 tbsp Cooking wine
- 3 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Make holes in the chicken with a tooth pick.
- Sprinkle salt and cooking wine on the chicken, then rub.
- Put olive oil in the frying pan, then grill chicken of 2 on the skin side.
- When you grill the skin, you put an aluminum foil and lid on it and press hard until the surface of the chicken gets burned.
- Then turn over it and grill.
- Mix hot water, cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar, and warm.
- Put 5 in 6 and reheat.
- Serve the chicken with vegetables and love.
Notes
*This teriyaki sauce is good for vegetables or rice. Enjoy it with any food.
