Ingredients
- 3 sheets Chinese cabbage
- 6 Salted roselle
- 1 tbsp Tuna flakes
- 1 piece Kelp
- 1 piece Yuzu peel
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Cut Chinese cabbage into chunks.
- Chop salted roselle and tuna and mix
- Cut kelp and yuzu peel into thin strips Mix all the ingredients well and add mayonnaise to taste at the end.
Notes
* This salad is a very refreshing dish and a winter cure food. Chinese cabbage should be taken every day in winter.
