Ingredient

  • 3  sheets Chinese cabbage
  • 6 Salted roselle
  • 1 tbsp Tuna flakes
  • 1 piece Kelp
  • 1 piece Yuzu peel
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • a lot Love       

Instructions

  • Cut Chinese cabbage into chunks.
  •  Chop salted roselle and tuna and mix
  • Cut kelp and yuzu peel into thin strips Mix all the ingredients well and add mayonnaise to taste at the end.

Notes

* This salad is a very refreshing dish and a winter cure food. Chinese cabbage should be taken every day in winter.
