- 3 sheets Chinese cabbage
- 6 Salted roselle
- 1 tbsp Tuna flakes
- 1 piece Kelp
- 1 piece Yuzu peel
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- a lot Love
Cut Chinese cabbage into chunks.
Chop salted roselle and tuna and mix
Cut kelp and yuzu peel into thin strips Mix all the ingredients well and add mayonnaise to taste at the end.
* This salad is a very refreshing dish and a winter cure food. Chinese cabbage should be taken every day in winter.
