Dried persimmon is sweeter than fresh persimmon. Mascarpone cheese and dried persimmon is good combination,

Ingredients

  • 10 Dried persimmons
  • 100 g Mascarpone cheese
  • 40 g Walnuts
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Remove seeds from dried persimmons and thin slice.
  • Bake walnuts at 180℃ for 8min.
  • Mix 1, 2, mascarpone cheese, and love.
