Ingredients
- 100 g Dumpling powder
- 50 g Sweet soybean paste
- 90 cc lukewarm water
- 1 tbsp tablespoon granulated sugar
- a little salt
- a little sesame oil
- plenty love
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together dango flour, salt,granulated sugar, and love.
- Add lukewarm water to the mixture and mix well. Make it as soft as an earlobe.
- 3.Pour the mixture into an aluminum case and mix1/3 of the sweetened beans.
- 4. flatten and decorate the top with the remaining sweet natto.
- Put 4 into a steamer, cover with a lid, and steam over high heat for 10 minutes.
- 6.After steaming, brush the top with sesame oil.
Notes
This is a very simple but gorgeous dessert. You can also add it to Osechi.
