Japanese sweet potato cake

Ingredients
- 200 g Sweet potato
- 150 cc Water
- 40 g Granulated sugar
- 5 g Powder agar
- 1/4 Apple
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Peel a sweet potato and cut into bite-size pieces, then put them in 50℃ hot water for 20min.
- Steam and mash 1.
- Mix granulated sugar, water, and powder agar well and heat them for 1 minute.
- Cut an apple into quarters and chop one in its skin.
- Mix 2.3.and 4 then put them into a container.
- Cut 9 into 10 pieces, and garnish with maple leaves.
