Winter melon soup with tuna

Winter melon is harvested in summer but we can keep them until winter. It is not strong taste, so it is good for soup with any food.

Ingredients

  • 250 g Winter melon
  • 35 g Tin of tuna
  • 1 Leek
  • 300 cc Broth
  • 1/2 tbsp White soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tbsp Cookig wine
  • 1 tsp Potato flour
  • 1 tsp Water
  • A lot Love

Instructions

  • Part boil broth and seasonings in a pot.
  • Cut winter melon into 1 cm cube.
  • Put 2 and tuna into 1.
  • When the winter melon becomes tender, add mixed potato flour and water to it.
  • Sprinkle chopped leek on 4 and serve.
