Avocado with Kimchi
Avocado with Kimchi
Avocado goes well with Kimchi. Avocado and Kimchi are both good for health.
Servings: 2 people
Ingredients
- 1 Avocado
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 30 g Kimchi
- 15 g Kimchi for topping
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Take avocado out of skin, (but the save the skin)
- Put lemon juice on 1
- Chop Kimchi
- Mix with mayonnaise, soy sauce, 2, and 3
- Cut 1 into bite size pieces.
- Mix 4 and 5 and put them in the saved skin.
- Shred Kimchi and put it on top.
- Sprinkle a lot of Love on it.
